Jun 17,  · The Norman Haines Band “Den Of Iniquity” UK Prog Rock masterpiece this was a great lp 40 years ago when released and the norman hains band sure had potential and the right sound for this time period, norman as we all know cut his teeth with locomotive, anyway this short lived band he put this record together with was an awsome band.

With the band calling it quits in Haines released a solo 'Give It To You Girl' b/w 'Elaine' (Parlophone catalog number R ). He was offered a spot in the newly formed Black Sabbath, but passed on it and then largely disappeared from the music scene though he appears to have returned to the fold fronting Norman Haines Blueskool.

A couple singles were released around the release of Den Of Iniquity which only solidified Norman’s ingeniousness. Released before the album, “Daffodil,” which Haines dedicated to his wife, is an extremely catchy, Latin-tinged pop song with lovely horns and battgawitzcomdeded.dingmiforsuledanjeleatasurgema.infoinfo: Vitko.

Norman Haines was in a band called Locomotive who released an album called We Are Everything You See around Both that album and Den Of Inequity are organ based, slightly psychedelic rock, common in the early s. Picture, at least in parts of this, a heavier Procal Harum/5(6).
